FAQ

1: How do I measure myself?

​

A: The best way to measure yourself is with a tailor's tape, but if you do not have a sewing kit at home a longish piece of string and a marker are a good replacement. Just hold one end of the string in place where you want to measure, and wrap the other end around until the string is taught (but not tight, restrictive, or uncomfortable*), mark where the body of the string meets the end you were holding down, and then measure it using a ruler/yardstick/etc.

*Shibari folks, you know what I'm talking about: I don't want people cutting off blood flow. Stop playin.

2: I made a mistake while measuring, and my thing doesn't fit. What can I do

3: Can I request a private measuring session/commission consultation?

​​

A: For the safety of our customers and staff, we do not make private in person appointments. We are available virtually by appointment, and via email otherwise. Please use our Contact Form to get ahold of us. While we are normally available to do measurements/commission discussions in person while we are attending shows, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have canceled all live events for the time being.

4: I'm running an event, and I want you there!

A: We would love to hear about it! Please use our Contact Form to let us know about it. Please make sure to include as many details as possible, and a link to your event's site.

5: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

​​

A: As each item is made to order, it will take on average 1-2 weeks to complete. If an item will take longer than average to complete, we will make every effort to contact you to make you aware of the new timeframe. After your item is complete, we will ship out your item(s) via USPS, and provide you with the tracking information.

6: I need a specific item in a hurry, is there a rush option available?

​​

A: We will do our best to accommodate rush orders, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If you do require a rush order, please contact us via the Contact Form, and we will send you an invoice for the item, estimated timeline, and associated fees.

Policies
Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any items. If you have purchased an item, and need it resized or modified, contact us for shipping information, and we will work with you to modify the item to your needs. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will work with you to get you the product you want. 

Will Not Make List

There are several items and symbols that we will not make due to either safety reasons or due to their association with known hate groups. While this list is by no means complete, please do use this as a guideline of what we won't make when requesting commissions.

1. Swastika/Sunwheel/Nazi/Police imagery

2. Any norse/viking iconography

3. Anything involving the 45th & 47th president of the united states

4. Trademarked images/icons (IE: anything with a Punisher Skull, Batman/Superman symbols. etc).

5. Anything used to suspend/harm a non-consenting living being

6. Clones of anything made by other leather-workers/artists. If you want their thing, please get it from them.**

**If you have purchased a pattern from a leatherworker, and just need someone to craft the item for you we can discuss this. We just want to make sure the original artist is getting paid for their work.
